At Tyndale Christian School – Murray Bridge Early Learning Centre (ELC), we take immense pride in offering outstanding early learning experiences for our young learners. Our commitment to excellence has been recognised through our impressive rank of 9.3 in the KindiCare Quality Index Rankings, placing us in the top 10% of ELCs across South Australia.

In 2023, we embarked on an exciting new chapter as we moved into our brand-new ELC extension. This new space has been thoughtfully designed to enhance our students’ learning.

One of the key highlights of our new extension is the addition of a spacious and versatile classroom. This dedicated learning space offers a welcoming environment for our Kindy Explorers (Age 4) and Little Acorns (Age 3) to engage in activities promoting intellectual, social and emotional development. It also allows for the separation of playtimes, enabling deeper relationships to form within peer groups.

Recognising the importance of supporting the diverse needs of our students, our extension also includes a breakout space. This area serves as a calming sanctuary and offers allied health support for students who may require additional assistance. We understand that every child is unique, and by providing a calm space, we ensure that every student receives the individual attention and care they deserve.

Moreover, our new extension provides expanded working space for our dedicated staff, allowing them to continue delivering exceptional education to our students.

The extra storage capacity also enables us to repurpose our current breakout space into a welcoming parent lounge, complete with community information, our quality improvement plan, and meeting spaces. We believe in fostering strong partnerships with parents and the wider community, and this parent lounge serves as a hub for collaboration and engagement.

Furthermore, the ELC extension includes a space for our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) programme.

This new area offers ample room for our students to relax and unwind at the end of a busy school day, separate from the ELC students. This new OSHC space accommodates our students during term time and school holidays.
