Reception - Year 6
The Tyndale Christian School Murray Bridge Junior School are committed to providing opportunities for students to grow in Christian character. Character traits of Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence (RISE) underpin our learning ethos whereby students discover how to reach their full potential.
This is evident through the positive relationships that the staff seek to develop with the students and members of the school community, as well as, living out their personal commitment to their own faith journey through Christ, enabling students to make a positive difference in the world.
The Junior School staff seek to uphold the values that support the inquiry-based teaching approach within the learning environment for students to experience, explore and investigate. We believe that the classroom should encourage a sense of wonder and natural curiosity about the world. These ideas are displayed for the parents and the School community in the classroom through Visual presentations and also through the Class Dojo site which shows the development of thoughts and ideas as students discover new ideas and skills.
An addition to a nurturing learning environment is the flexible learning opportunities that offer students different approaches to what they learn, how they learn it and how they will demonstrate their learning. This enables students to access the curriculum content in a way that creates success for them individually and builds their learning capacity.
