Tyndale Christian School is located at 136a Adelaide Road, Murray Bridge. Uniquely positioned, Tyndale Christian School is situated in the Murray Bridge Township and attracts students from both local and regional catchments.
Facilities to enhance learning include
Performing Arts Hall
A large hall seating up to 300 people with a canteen and disabled toilets. It is used weekly for sub-school chapel services, assemblies and for major School productions at various times throughout the year.
Outdoor Classrooms and Eco-Learning Space
Tyndale offers students and teachers outdoor classroom spaces to enhance learning in a different environment. The Eco-Learning Space, known as the Scrub, features natural landscapes, an award winning outdoor classroom and a wetlands area managed by students in partnership with the Department of Environment. This space fosters an understanding and appreciation for the natural native environment as well as an alternative learning environment.
Secondary Technology Centre
A state-of-the-art facility providing space for Home Economics, Science and Technology Studies. The STC has allowed for our School to introduce specialist programmes including Technology Studies, Robotics and Programming, Food and Hospitality and a range of specialist science fields.
Early Learning Centre
A new multi-purpose Early Learning Centre, catering for 3-year-old and onwards. From the ELC, we also operate OSHC (Out of School Hours Care) and Vacation Care programmes under the Child Care Subsidy (CCS).
Tyndale Christian School Murray Bridge boasts a large 8.5ha open-plan space. Including space for a large oval, outdoor learning areas and Agricultural Science.
Capital Works Project
Funded through the Block Grant Authority (BGA), the next stage for development at Tyndale includes additional Junior School classrooms and a Resource Centre/Learning Hub. This Hub is designed to be used by all students and staff within the School. It will provide a space for students to conduct research using traditional methods, indoor and outdoor breakout areas and further eLearning techniques.
This Project forms Stage 4 of an 8 Stage Masterplan designed to upgrade and benefit all areas of Tyndale Christian School.
Stage 4 is expected to be opened late 2019.
